An add-on datapack that adds compatibility with Tectonic's terrain generation has been released, which can be downloaded here

1.21+ Compatibility

This version now supports 1.21 to 1.21.4

• Pale Gardens will only generate in 1.21.4
• River caves should generate in all supported versions

• Readjusted biome distribution, again
• Fixed Inferno caves having a chance to generate floating ore veins
• Fixed mushrooms not generating in the Nether
