Changes:

• removed Arrow-/Trail enchantments from Enchantment Tables
• Trail enchantments are now applicable to Horse Armor and Wolf Armor
• Trail enchantments are now only triggered when a player moves forward,left or right and when equipped by wolf or horse
• Night Vision no longer checks whether the player sees the sky
• added Leaf Jumper enchantment
• Pegasus enchantment is now applicable to Horse Armor instead of Boots
• added Strafe enchantment
• added Scent enchantment
• added Fetch enchantment
• added Boar Spirit enchantment
• added Bear Spirit enchantment
• added Scorpion Spirit enchantment
• Sacrifice is now applicable to Wolf Armor
