- Spring: 25% Rain, 75% Clear
- Summer: 100% Clear
- Autumn: 10% Clear, 25% Thunder, 65% Rain

added /trigger get_date command which shows infos about ingame time, date and season
Fixes:
- Small Bug in day progress when players slept after midnight
- Single digit Hours and Minutes not always starting with a 0
