Just some more bug fixes, a new language support and adding support for 1.21.6! Next update will most likely add more content and not just bug fixes hopefully!

- Added:
  - Added 1.21.6 support!
  - Added Russian language support! (ru_ru). By @Akrek.
- Fixed:
  - Items that were where a locked item should be it will now return to the player and relock the slot.
  - When a locked slot was missing it could unlock more slots (Could have fixed bugs #31, #28, #24).

Note: As always, run `/reload` after updating datapacks for the changes to apply.
