YACL v3 Update

The mod has been updated to use YACL v3 which overhauls the look of the config! This'll allow for some cool things down the road ;)

Changes

• Added a "Fix Tab Translucency" option which defaults to on
  • This fixes an issue introduced in vanilla 1.20 where chat messages can render in front of the tab, blocking text and players. (MC-263256)
• Removed the "Colourful Party Finder Notes" option
  • As of recently this no longer works and cannot be fixed.
• Fixed a longstanding bug where the M7 Dragon Boxes could flicker and render incorrectly
  • Previously rendering of them could lag a few frames behind.
• Consolidated cherry leaves particle options into one to reflect vanilla changes
• The /inventory command output will now reflect your settings for Fancy Diamond Heads, Old Master Stars and Rainbowify Enchants
  • Peoples items are so much nicer to look at now!
