Introduced enderPearlChunkLoadingFix to fix a bug where ender pearls would fail to chunk load properly when moving at high speeds
Introduced pre21ThrowableEntityBehavior which is the first of (hopefully) many LTS rules. These will try to preserve the original behavior of features for as many versions as possible. Keep in mind when initially added, bugs may be found, and behavior will be changed if needed.
