Added Fermented Bone Meal, which can be crafted with 8 bone meals and 1 fermented spider eye
Added Doctored Farmland, which can be created by right clicking farmland with fermented bone meal
Doctored farmland can be converted back into normal farmland by right clicking with a water bottle
These can be automated with dispensers
Doctored farmland won't let crops grow, cannot be trampled on and cannot dehydrate
