GENERAL CHANGES

Updated to 1.21.2 & 1.21.3.
Most of the code was rewritten for this update! If you experience any bugs with this version, please report them in our Discord!
Made slight changes to datagen. This hasn't impacted anything in testing, but if you find something be sure to reach out!
Slightly changed how the mod modifies loot tables.
Added LOGGER messages when loading the mod!
Changed rarities of some items (specifically music discs) to be in line with the vanilla game.

Whistles are now slightly quieter, with a range of around 20 blocks.
Cooldowns are managed by the WhistleItem Object, and taken in when an item is registered. While hard-coded now, all whistles go on cooldown when one is played, and the cooldown is determined by which whistle is played.
