added heat exchanger upgrade which multiplies generated ember by 0.9 but adds a flat 300 ember
added excavation buckets upgrade that allows the ember bore to harvest gravel and snow

clockwork tools now deal 1 fewer damage but set entities on fire for slightly longer
the attack speed of the grandhammer has been nerfed a bit
dwarven gas now has a multiplier of 2.5 in the catalytic plug and a multiplier of 0.4 in the wildfire stirling
gaseous fuels now have a multiplier displayed in jei

fixed small ruins spawning on the surface in amplified worlds
fixed dials not having any comparator output for a small amount of items/ember/fluid
