Likely the last release for 1.21.4 until I start working on implementing new features.
Oh and I might have broken the API surface with the refactors, if so I'm sorry!
- Restore IItemHandlers for NeoForge.
- Sync and fix NeoForge's REI plugin and sync its code with the Fabric version.
- Update required NeoForge and Fabric API to fix some tag issues, e.g. pumpkin chests not being craft-able on Fabric.
- Basically more Kotlin-ification of codebase.
