Ghost Runner

This is an update to support submit in the Extension categories for Speedrunners!

WARNING! Old (<2.1) ghosts are no longer available.

What's new?

• Now GhostRunner is required SpeedRunIGT above 1.8.
• More support for extension categories.
  • All Minerals / All Swords / All Workstations / Arbalistic / Enter End / Enter Nether / Full Iron Armor and 15 Levels / Full Inventory / Half% / How Did We Get Here? / Hero of the Village / High% / Kill Bosses
  • More support categories will be added in future updates.
• Added GhostData#isGenerateStructures() and GhostData#getGhostCategory()

What's changes?

• Old ghosts are now moved to the mcg file with the path %APPDATA%/.minecraft/ghostrunner/old_ghost.
• The submit screen now displays some information about the Ghost.
• The Ghost list screen now displays the Ghost's category.

What's fixed problems?

• Fixed F3 debug not being detected.
