Improvements to gipple scaling.
Gelatinous Growths can now be placed on any block that fits its size.
Gelatinous Growths will now emit gipple particles when placed on blocks which are in the "gelatinous_growth_supporting".
Fixed Gelatinous Growth having broken waterlogging.
Fixed issue where Gipple effect would not play hallucinations.
