Thanks to @uhb217 to the new changes in the mod!
From now, you can simply change the glowing effect , by typing the following command in the minecraft chat:
/glowing_effect <light level>
To change the glowing effect strength replace the<light level>with a number between 0 to 15.
(please be aware it will change the light level of entities,higher numbers will be replace to light level 15)
If you want to turn off the mod simplay type:
/glowing_effect -1
