Fixes & Changes:

Changed the way Haunted Paintings are framed. Now they use custom models.
Changed and Tweaked textures for Transfer Gem and Concentrated Emeralds.
Improved Border Wraith's AI slightly.
Fixed Border Wraith puking animation arms bug.
Fixed Border Wraith being vulnerable to Freezing damage.
Increase Cast Time for Iceology spell. In compensation, Ice Chunks now stun targets for 5 seconds, where they can't move or interact with blocks or entities, and give them Slowness for 10 seconds.
Vicious Teeth and Magic Bolt's damage are now configurable in goety-spells.toml.
Teeth Focus can now be enchanted with Potency and Range.
Tweaked Flammable effect icon texture a tiny bit.

Additions:

Alarming Amulet. A Charm that let's out a Raid Horn when Illagers have spawned due to having high amounts of Soul Energy.
Blink Focus. Allows you to teleport towards a location. Can be enchanted with Range allow further teleportation.
Ender Chest Focus. An Instant Cast spell that allows you to access your Ender Chest remotely.
Hail Focus. When cast on a target or location, summons a cloud above that rains down snow, dealing damage and giving Freezing effect to any non-allied entities below it. Can be enchanted with Potency, Range, Duration and Radius.
