Multiplayer Update

Now compatible with multiplayer! The resource pack is required.

Changes Compared to BETA 1.5.1:

  • Datapack Recoded:

    • Improved performance for both servers and singleplayer.
    • Fixed spam issues with the dialogue system.
    • Added player count to boss fights, making it multiplayer friendly.
  • Arrows Reworked:

    • Introduced a new structures for the transforming arrow
  • Runes Reworked:

    • Stats of runes can now be upgraded to a max level. -Balanced prices at traders.
    • Added bonus effects at max level.
    • Runes reset upon player death or with rune of consinnity.
    • New models replace old textures (16x16).
  • Spells Reworked:

    • Spells are now textured instead of using particles.
    • Significant performance boost.
    • New model textures (16x16).
    • Warp scroll now teleports the player, one horse, and up to three companions to the saved location.
    • Added fancy textured animations.
    • Works across dimensions.
  • Companions Reworked:

    • Each player has their own companions, which follow only their caster.
    • Fixed counter issue with the wolf companion.
    • Hypnotized mobs now behave like normal companions.
  • Bards Reworked:

    • Music has been replaced with data-driven music discs, which they sell instead of tickets.
    • Note: Cedric still spawns at Direwood Keep after defeating Marrow when traders restock.
  • Enchantments Reworked:

    • Now mostly functional in PvP. -Cultivation has different modes and uses seeds from the inventory instead of charging.
    • Disarming enchantment added (disarms enemies and players).
    • Most enchantments now cause damage to mobs by the caster (drops XP, items, and updates kill count in statistics).
    • Rebalanced enchantments (price, damage, duration).
    • XP boost now applies to tools and weapons (+50% XP boost).
    • Knife pouch deals the same damage as the held weapon.
    • Gauges by enchantments now decrease over time.
  • Magicka Reworked:

    • Now ranges from 0-16,000 (previously 0-400).
    • Recharges up to 1500 by default; higher levels require the Rune of Magicka.
    • Note: Some enchantments won't work if your Magicka level is too low.
    • Regenerates faster near arcane nodes or with specific artifacts.
    • Only regenerates if hunger bar is above 8.
    • Rebalanced Magicka costs for some enchantments.
  • Structures Reworked:

    • New markers for boss fights (previously generated ones won’t work).
    • The three witch houses now have arenas underneath with hidden entrances.
    • Added trial spawners and vaults to these arenas.
    • New hidden items (special weapons, enchantments, artifacts in some dungeons).
    • Added a dungeon logo for first-time visits.
    • The Emberstone Maze now generates at lava level for easier access via side entrances.
    • Hidden ore maps now lead more accurately to buried ore veins or caves.
  • Bosses Reworked:

    • Added new abilities to some bosses.
    • New arena boss added.
    • Boss logo displayed when a fight starts.
    • Updated some dialogues.
  • Ysembert Reworked:

    • Spawns for every new player (if far from a spawned Ysembert).
    • Rebalanced starter class prices.
    • Fixed the question system.
  • Additional Changes:

    • Added recipes for infinite burning furnaces and copper -items.
    • Added an edit_me file for configuring the datapack.
    • The attribute system for items and rideables is disabled for now, pending further refinement.
    • Elytras from the Cloud Nomads have new enchantments.
    • Added trinkets as placeholders for future updates (e.g., goat pelt).
    • Plus some minor changes.
