Use update 0.11 or higher

Added:

• Custom toasts (Updates, Friends, Quests and Achievements)
• Quest and Achievement notifications
• Looks like the yellow army found their way into the code

Fixed:

• Tab formatting for when in game with people with a badge
• Better chat mention detection (removed mentions from PMs and Party chat)
• Merged all the notification settings into one tab
• Removed filler code which had no use
• Locked commands working outside of MCC Island
