Naturalist 3.0.4 (Fabric 1.19.2)

Changelog

🐸 Swamplands Patch 3.0.4

  • Fixed all heads of mobs that would grow with shaders or when the game is paused — Please inform us if you’re still having issues or new issues arise; this fix is experimental.
  • Removed the “Old Models” resource pack — was not really relevant to this version anyway as it’s being used for the future. When the new update is released this resource pack will be uploaded as its own project.
  • Changed/fixed Ducks’ tempting/breeding items to only include raw fish, including fish tagged in mods with the appropriate tags such as “#forge:fish” and “#c:raw_fish”.
  • Lions, Rhinos, and Elephants now only attack Players if they attack their baby or themselves, and not if the player comes close to their baby.
  • Birds now emit Note Block particles when their ambient noise plays, and they do not make ambient noises at night.
  • Added tags for Alex’s Mobs compatibility, such as animal hostiles and tempt items.
  • Fireflies are now fixed and affected by spawn weights, and now spawn frequently in small groups across the Overworld or anywhere on ground blocks like grass, mud, dirt, etc. as well as leaves. Their new default spawn weight is 200; this can be lowered or raised as needed with a max cap of 1,000.
  • Savanna mobs should spawn more regularly now. Their spawns got bugged somewhere along the line.
  • Fixed Hippo spawns. They now spawn more frequently, but still relatively uncommonly, on land near water sources or in water sources in Savannas.
  • Renamed “Grizzly Bear” to “Brown Bear”.
  • Fixed egg hatching subtitles.
