Migrated several features less related to the Noosphere into Ephemera, a new addon I'm releasing alongside this (I strongly recommend you download that as well, in order to minimize disruption to your save)
Fixed a major bug that prevented you from joining servers
Added the Wisp Weaver, a block which consumes media to spawn wandering wisps, as well as a decorative version which does not consume media (and its wisps yield net-zero media)
Added the Wisp Wranger, an item with which you can capture cyclic or projectile wisps for later release.
