add three new config options
- additional ramming range: the distance that the camel will be able to hit entities beyond its normal hitbox
- ramming damage: the amount of damage dealt to enemies
- knockback multiplier: a multiplier for the amount of damage on-hit
- this config will be available at ramel.toml and is set up using quilt config
added a config screen using mod menu

- entities will target the camel rider instead of the camel itself
