- Added a config option to only show the detailed season info if the player has a calendar.

- (Xaero's Minimap) Changed the season InfoDisplay to be at the top by default on initial load.
- Cleaned up the config screen a bit.
- Added a "Season Display Options" sub-screen for customizing the properties of the season component.
- Moved several options into this sub-screen
- Cancel will now properly discard changes made to any of the options.
