- you can now view another player’s implants by right clicking them when theyre on a biostation
- cyberstation quality limits now scale with implant config as well, not just the toml config
- empira no longer fully pierces with its explosion, there is fall-off. in return, empira damage was buffed from 1 -> a max of 2, depending on charge time
- nerfed second heart: humanity multiplier increased from x1.5 -> x2, health restoration on revive reduced, cooldown increased from 1 -> 2 minutes
- reduced decline damage 5 -> 2
- nerfed arbitrary stomach food and saturation grant
- minimum quality of implants is now 1% (both naturally and through commands)
- added a config option to only allow volt attribute damage if the player’s hand is empty (default: true)
- changed cyborgs spawning with weapons to be totally random, with a high chance of them being bare-handed
- adjusted cyberstation resistance levels
