Native 1.20.4 Update, Fix Server Pings (again)

This is the first release of MCWine to be on 1.20.4 for modrinth, It is also the last release to be shipped for this year (2023).

Changelogs:

  • Restored the fix when pinging multiplayer servers,
  • Added the ability to enable auto-idling mode in Dynamic FPS, (This is set to never by default)
  • Added the ability to hide splash texts, (This is disabled by default)
  • Added the ability to control sound categories in Dynamic FPS,
  • Updated everything to be on 1.20.4,
  • Restored the old MidnightControls' controls for a smoother experience,
  • Updated the list of commonly used servers in ViaFabric's blacklist to avoid tampering,
  • Introduced multiple bug fixes,
  • Removed modded worlds from viaversion configuration as they are not needed.
