Fixed bugs:
- If there was only 1 announcement, it couldn't be disabled, now fixed.
- Reply command now works correctly.
- When the vanilla chat option was enabled, we couldn't send messages to the chat using commands.
- Compatibility with SignedVelocity fixed.
