Changelog

revised colouration for all plant based blocks and items
- all tinted blocks (grass, leaves, etc) now have a hue-shift effect, emphasizing their colours
- all existing flowers have been saturated
- the colourmap for tinted blocks has been saturated
added more height variation to short grass
improved emissives on amethyst related blocks
