Similar to v1 but....

With NEW added features:

Smaller totem and totem pop particles
Small food
Clear Water AND LAVA
No explosion particles ( No longer requires Optifine )
Golden Crown instead of a golden helmet

Fixes:

- No longer has VERY quiet crystal sounds

- Fixed a bug where anchors would some time not display the left / right side of the texture.

- Explosion sounds amplified slightly so you can hear your game whilst crystal pvping!
