Final major "Art-pass". Animated Textures, Mob Sprite Reworks, Final Block Reworks.

Still got 2.0 to release; and then I can just maintain the pack with follow-up updates. (i.e 1.22)

• Added programmer art styled Axolotls, edited axolotl bucket to use a similar palette.
• Added programmer art styled Allays.
• Added a new animation to sculk tendrils, better fitting its PACP sprite.
• Added a new, not-animated stonecutter sawblade, better fitting its PACP sprite.
• Added signs/hanging signs item textures.
• Remade Campfire items.
• Remade Amethyst item.
• Remade bamboo sapling sprite.
• Remade Gilded Blackstone and lowered contrast accross all blackstone textures.
• Remade Stonecutter top and bottom sprites, making it fit better with the other crafting stations.
• Remade Blue Ice, better suiting all ice sprites.
• Remade Stripped Logs from the ground up. Meant to better fit with the other wood related textures.
• Remade Netherrite Upgrade item.
• Simplified armadillo texture to better suit programmer art shading style. (Still based on original texture, just more modified.)
• Simplified lanterns to more closely match vanilla, and added new icons.
• Tweaked Camel colors and gave it a classic style saddle.
• Tweaked Crafter texture.
• Tweaked azalea plant, again.
• Tweaked several armor trim textures.
• Tweaked Crimson and Warped doors/trapdoors a similar shine effect to the other doors/trapdoors.
• Tweaked raw copper item.
• Tweaked pigmen textures.
• Fixed Nylium Sprites' tiling.
• Fixed missing Lightning Rod.
• Fixed "tamed" wolves not having a happy expression.
• Several small block texture tweaks.
