Austin's Biomes Expansion

• Replaced the delta_feature feature in Oasis biomes with a waterlogged_vegetation_patch feature that places Moss Blocks. This is to prevent water from generating in unintended places, like between flowers or on top of trees.

• Changed Pack icon.
• Fixed wolf_variant directory erroneously being named wolf_variant, and added cynic:forest_strand to the woods wolves' list of biomes. They should now spawn in the right biomes.

• New biomes: Arid Plains, Old Growth Forest, Muskegs and Boglands.
• Flower patches now use dual noise providers.
• Fog colors reworked again.
