Duplicatable Pottery Sherds

• fixed broken duplication recipe for the Burn Pottery Sherd

• fixes an error that caused recipes to appear broken in the server console and in game during some instances of fabric mod loaders.

It is recommend to update to this version for all single player and multi player worlds

• added supported formats tags for versions 46-48 (inclusive) to allow compatibility from MC 1.21-pr1+
