-ported to 1.20.1 (easier then I expected)
-for the above to work: removed formatting in all power descriptions (the formatting in power badges still remains)
-changed namespace from "sair" to "shiny:empyrean"
-updated health percentage required for Burst to deactivate to match the originally intended value
-fixed an issue where activating flight abilities when very close to the ground would cause the player to have no vertical velocity indefinitely
-published datapack
-removed herobrine
