Please read the in-game tooltips, they contain important information.
Your heart beats in spurts of smoke, and your veins run black with oil. They wanted to take it away from you, but in their absence, does your song ever have to end?
🔶 Perfect Heart: Your new heart is beautiful. Isn't it beautiful? Keep the song playing - we haven't made it to the good part yet. Certain actions, when timed correctly to the rhythm of your heartbeat, will pulse your heart and sustain its song.
🔶 Clutch: Hold onto it, and we can make this last forever. Use your primary ability key to hand your nerves to the heart, pulsing it and increasing your grip by 1 point while restoring a heart of health.
🔶 Aching: There's no denying that things are changing. While your body still needs food to survive, it will not be able to repair itself naturally.
🔶 Eclosion: You'll have to work with me a little bit if you want to keep this going. Shed your shell and I'll give you mine; while wearing no armour, you will receive two extra points of both armour and maximum health for each point of grip you hold.
🔶 Helping Hand: This doesn't have to be one-sided. Melee attacks timed to the rhythm of your heartbeat will pulse your heart, dealing 10% extra damage for each point of grip you hold. Off-beat attacks will however stop your heart, resetting your grip.",
🔶 Predal Instincts: Taking melee damage on-beat will pulse your heart and block the damage.
🔶 Rising Pounce: We're nearly there. While mid-air, jump on-beat to consume 3 points of grip and dash forwards, pulsing your heart. Hitting a block or entity will cause a small explosion, dealing damage and knocking away targets. If the dash ends in the air, holding the jump key will allow you to float in the air for the duration of that heartbeat cycle.
🔶 Crescendo: It won't be over for long, you'll come back. You'll always come back. While floating after a pounce, tap sneak on-beat to consume all points of grip and slam down into the ground, dealing 10 damage per grip point consumed but stopping your heart in the process.
