Fixed the issue where Johtonian and Paldean Wooper would spawn as Kobellian Wooper with commands.
Fixed the issue where Johtonian and Paldean Wooper would have the Water/Fairy typing.
Touched up some spawning requirements for Kobbelian Wooper to fit the lore.

IMPORTANT At the point of posting, there is a bug from the mod that causes Paldean Wooper to disappear from the dex. This has nothing to do with this addon pack.
