No Ocean Monument

In a simple way, using the game configuration, it prohibits the generation of Ocean Monument, Ruined Portal and Shipwreck.

Logic used: Modifies the generation of Ocean Monument and Ruined Portal to Shipwreck and changes the nbt value of the shipwreck to empty, making the generation of Ruined Portal, Ocean Monument and Shipwreck to not happen in the world.

It is still possible to find a places where the shipwrecks would be using /locate, but in these places there will be none structure.
