More Dyed Wool and Carpet [PurpurPack]

Starts preparing support easier updating. Adds a 'version_info.txt' file. Also adds 'support' for 1.21.1, though not particularly necessary

Update to 1.21 to use the new tag folder names

No longer overrides the vanilla recipes for dye-ing wool and carpet

Now there is both the vanilla recipe (one dye to carpet/wool) and the modified one (one dye to 8 carpet/wool)
