Riding Resets Portal Cooldown

Note: Starting with 1.21, this pack is no longer necessary due to these gameplay changes:

• It is now possible to travel with rideable entities through portals.
  • When riding entities through portals, the delay before teleporting is not applied.

Because of this, I will no longer be updated this pack.

When riding mobs, their Portal Cooldown will reset, allowing you to move into another Nether Portal right away (you still have to dismount them).
