For all Minecraft versions:
- Updated wheat to string recipe to avoid conflict with bread recipe when using a crafting table
- Old recipe: 3 wheat = 2 string
- New recipe: 4 wheat = 3 string

For all Minecraft versions:
- Updated black_dye_from_coal_block recipe to a shaped recipe requiring two coal blocks so it doesn't interfere with Minecraft's one coal block to nine coal shapeless recipe
- Updated all black dye recipes to use the "black_dye" group in the recipe book
- Added support for 1.21.4
- Removed extraneous files
- Updated pack for 1.21.2-1.21.3
- Fixed bug in string recipe unlock
