For all Minecraft versions:
- Updated black_dye_from_coal_block recipe to a shaped recipe requiring two coal blocks so it doesn't interfere with Minecraft's one coal block to nine coal shapeless recipe
- Updated all black dye recipes to use the "black_dye" group in the recipe book
- Fixed item tag folder name for Minecraft 1.21+
- tags/items is now tags/item
- Updated icon for creator credit advancement
- Vegan honey bottle recipe for all versions now uses data pack's small_flowers tag instead of Minecraft's built-in tag
- This fixes a bug in the vegan honey bottle recipe in 1.21.4
- Wither roses in all Minecraft versions can no longer be used to make vegan honey bottles
- Added support for 1.21.4
- Added resin clumps and corresponding recipe unlock (1.21.4+)
