Small patch to address a couple issues with daggers.
Balance
- Daggers with Splatter no longer take a guaranteed 3 potion uses. One potion use is spent per target affected.
Bugfixes
- Daggers no longer use 2 potion uses per hit.
- Durability lose from Adhesive is now correctly double the number of potion uses that would have been lost.
