Artifacts
WaterHorn: Grants water breathing, speed, and strength effects underwater when equipped in the "belt" slot.
EternalSourceBerry: Restores food and saturation, grants mana regeneration.
SourceApple: Restores food and saturation, grants powerful mana regeneration.
InfinityWildenSpike: Spawns Chimera Spike projectiles around the player in random directions.
