FAQ

  • Can I use this in a modpack or video?
    • Yes, you can use this mod in modpacks or videos. However, please note this mod changes ALL block models into minecraft:hay_block and thus may not be suitable for your modpack or video.
  • Will this mod be ported to x.x.x?
    • I am unlikely to port to specific versions, but as this mod was made for fun, however you can still ask. Other developers are free to port this mod, as long as they adhere to the conditions of the LGPL-3.0-or-later license.
  • I've got an idea for a werid mod!
    • That's great! I highly suggest trying to make your own mods, the chaos you can cause can be AWESOME. That being said, I'm always up for a challenge, so feel free to reach out with your wacky ideas and I might just attempt it!
  • Can I change what block everything looks like?
    • Yes! Just like loafy, you can adjust what model everything turns into in the config file.
      • Located in %rundir%/config/mclm_bale.properties.
  • Some blocks, like chests, and flowing water, aren't replaced. Why?
    • These blocks don't use normal block models, thus aren't replaced. There is a config option called replaceSpriteTextures which when enabled, will replace the texture of sprites to the configured block model's particle. (Note: This is disabled by default as not all sprites are renderered properly, such as chests, and isn't compatibile with Sodium.)
    • I reccommend installing Enhanced Block Entities as this replaces some block entities with baked models, which fixes this problem.
