mini update (before 1.2.5)

Changelog:

-added spawn eggs to "Ben's Sharks" creative inventory tab

-fixed fishing bobber crash

-'fixed' serrated enchantment incompatibility

-'fixed' a bug that causes sharks to run fast on land

-decreased size of tiger shark hitbox

Sharks are now larger and have been renamed to "Great White Shark"

  • Added Tiger Sharks
  • Updated Nurse Shark Model
  • Added Remoras which can be placed in Buckets but not eaten
  • "Shark Meal" has been replaced with "Fish Bucket" (crafted using 1 bucket, 1 raw cod, 1 raw salmon)
  • "Fish Broth" is made when cooking "Fish Bucket"
  • "Shark Fin" is now harder to obtain (being dropped only when a "Great White Shark" is killed by a Guardian)
  • You now require "Fish Broth" to craft "Shark Fin Soup"
  • "Fish Bucket" is used to feed all Shark Species
  • Feeding a Great White Shark will grant the player with the "Jaws" effect (hitting any entity with this effect on will grant them the "Bleeding" effect)
  • Feeding a Tiger Shark will cause it to drop a "Shark Tooth" (which can be used to craft a "Dent")
  • Added "Bleeding" Effect which damages you over time and causes both Great White Sharks and Tiger Sharks to be aggressive to those with the effect until they die within 32 blocks.
  • Remoras drop "Sucker" which can be right-clicked to stop the "Bleeding" effect.
  • Added Land Mines (crafted from 1 Observer, 1 TNT, 1 Sucker) which explodes when it Detects anything above the Block it is placed in
  • "Dent" can be crafted by placing a "Shark Tooth" above a Prismarine Shard.
  • Trident can be crafted using (3) dents and (2) Prismarine Shards.

Nurse Shark Update

  • Changed Shark Fin Soup Recipe to need Shark Meal instead of Fern
