Cape Command

Added 12 new capes:

• minecraft_experience
• mojang_office

The following capes require client side install (except for Bedrock users when Geyser is installed):

• sniffer_cape
• snail_cape
• frog_cape
• xbox_1st_birthday
• awesom_caep
• blonk_caep
• no_circle_caep
• nyan_caep
• squid_caep
• veterinarian_caep

• Fixed some issues with the Geyser compatibility.
• Changing your cape no longer requires you to relog into the game.

• Backport Geyser compatibility to 1.21.1 (Bedrock players on servers with Geyser installed will be able to see and use all capes).
