Update to 1.21.3. Rewrite internals to fix changing config with adding mods. Rename dust.mixins.json to cavedust.mixins.json. Add more translations.
When installing on a client with lots of particle mods, reset the config using the reset button to default to the new default particle, unavoidable :(
