Command Books

• Ported to MC 1.21.5
• Changed main-hand item to debug-stick
• Separated command-books from regular book-and-quils:
  • Books without the required custom data tag can no longer execute commands.
  • Proper command books are available in the creative inventory under the operator tab.
  • Command books have a custom item model.
