Fixes some recipes have been fixed to allow shoji screen variants to be crafted in survival. These include:

  • Dark shoji screen (grided heavy bottom)
  • Shoji screen (grided)
  • Shoji screen (grided heavy bottom)
  • Small dark shoji screen
  • Small shoji screen

Bug fixes:

  • Some maple trees would spawn without trunks leading to a bunch of leafy canopies despawning all at once. This caused performance issues on some setups and generally made the maple woods biomes quite sparse when all the dying leaves were finished despawning. This should no longer happen and all maple trees during world generation will spawn with a trunk
  • Shoji paper patterns had some particularities when crafting. This could cause the player to end up with paper screens missing textures. The recipes have been fixed so that shoji paper screens can now be crafted with the desired pattern.

Updates for 1.20.4 compatibility.

Updates for 1.20.3 compatibility. Changes also include:

  • Fixed some potted sapling references
  • Removed branching black pine tree variants, instead black pines will now just generate in the straight or wobbly trunk patterns. This makes the biomes more consistent.
  • Updated the giant buddha statue structures slightly
  • Torii Gate structures will no longer spawn floating on top of tall grass

Additions:

  • Adds a new village variant which spawns exclusively in vanilla mangrove swamps. Village has multiple features including:
    • Paths are made of mangrove planks and decorated with occasional carpets of moss and pressure plates
    • Multiple styles of housing in different sizes, built from local materials such as mangrove wood blocks and mud bricks
    • Frequent spawns of cleric villagers
    • Local farms grow rice paddies
    • Fishing huts spawn multiple barrels populated with loot

Improvements:

  • Updated Chinese translations to reflect recent content updates from v1.1.0 - provided by jungshengxie

Improvements:

  • Refactors the networking logic for the double jump enchantment
  • Some small refactors of a few entities for 1.20.2 support
  • Updated entity constructors for 1.20.2 support
  • Updated village structures to support the newly redesigned shoji screens (see in additions below)
  • Minor refactor of the koi model class.
  • Updated waterloggable blocks for 1.20.2 compatibility.
  • Updated folding recipe for better compatibility in 3x3 crafting containers

Additions:

  • Added polished gravel blocks. Polished gravel can be crafted by combining 4 gravel blocks and raked with a hoe to produce different patterns on the top side.
  • Updated shoji screens with new models and interactivity. These shoji screens are empty by default and need to be interacted with using shoji paper to complete the screen. They now boast an improved model and come in new variants. The new shoji screens are not compatible with shoji screens on worlds from previous versions of the mod. Shoji screens are now waterloggable.
  • Added shoji paper patterns as a craftable item for displaying different shoji screens. There are six patterns available to shoji paper that translate to different designs that are displayed when placed within a shoji frame.
  • Fixes an issue where hinoki and water fir logs would break instantly when punched

  • Adds hidden trapdoors for warped and crimson planks

  • Fixes a feature order cycle crash when running with Terralith.
  • Fixes music options in multiple biomes
  • Adds support for simplified Chinese, thanks to contributions by junshengxie!
