Fixed a bug where if you switched from an element with more binds to another with less (ex: air[4] -> lightning[2]) it would keep the first element's binds instead of emptying them
Slowed down the speed at which you can fire off volt arc
Fixed a bug where if you spammed a keybind fast enough, the on start and on end methods would actually switch
Added a time window after casting the arc spells where you can't launch it (set to 2 ticks)
