End Reborn

End Reborn was designed with a particular goal in mind: to integrate seamlessly with both vanilla or any of your favourite End mods. It's non-obtrusive, won't mess up balancing, and will simply enhance, add to and improve aspects of the base End dimension, making it a perfect fit in any world or modpack.

End Reborn focuses on the lategame of Minecraft, the End dimension! It has been built to pair perfectly with Progression Reborn out of the box, if you'd like similar enhancements and improvements for the rest of your game.

Featuring a ton of additive, vanilla+ features including a thoughtfully-balanced new gearset, alongside new, naturally generating End blocks and a complete Chorus plant rework, including a brand-new woodset!

The vanilla End has been thoughtfully improved in a multitude of ways.

Chorus Rework

Reworked Chorus provides an all-new chorus woodset. Destroying Chorus now drops Chorus Spine, rather than fruit, which can be crafted into sticks and its own woodset, mostly mirroring bamboo with all-new textures! Now, to get that (annoying) teleporting-fruit, you'll need to harvest the fully-grown flower directly from the top.

Expanded Elements

In addition, End Stone tools can now be crafted, being more durable while slower than stone, and Popped Chorus fruit can be used to craft Purpur tools, completing the End-side of the stone tool variants added in Progression Reborn, and providing a light progression experience (alongside the new way to acquire wood) for those stranded in the End.

Additionally, 4 chorus flowers can be used to craft your first crafting table, making the End just slightly more convenient.

Mining and Generation

New materials - across the End, you can now find rare blobs of Fragmented End Stone, a variant of End Stone that halves your jump when you walk on it, is affected by gravity and drops a strange dust. Very rarely exposed, End Iron Ore provides a few nuggets if you happen to be lucky enough to stumble upon it, and rarer yet (and never exposed to air - we don't want to ruin the End's vibe) is the elusive-yet-valuable Remnant Ore.

Remnant Upgrades

Remnant armour and weapons, acquired in the far reaches of the End, provide no damage/armour protection over vanilla Netherite, and instead offer additional conveniences including higher durability, faster mining speed, explosion resistance (don't let those pesky creepers destroy all your progress when you die) and an increased despawn timer (5 --> 10 mins). Want to acquire some for yourself? Go mining (optimally between y16 and y48) or head to your nearest End City and you may find both the Remnant Steel Upgrade Smithing Template and/or some bonus Remnant Scrap.

End Reborn Additions

Finally, if you're looking for a more extensive End-game solution for a more modded instance or modpack, much like the many "Netherite plus/variant" mods (but less intrusive), End Reborn Additions adds 6 additional sets of variant armour for unique playstyles and variety, while sticking true to its non-intrusive balance goals.

Compatibility

End Reborn features out-of-the-box compatibility with Farmer's Delight, with a fully functional Steel Knife available to craft at the smithing table.
