Bug fixes and ambiance changes (1.0.2)

• Change sound effects
• Corrupted ender relay message no longer uses actionbar
• Added particles
• Fix non-accurate teleport behaviour (Squilly Glitch, fixes #1)

• Ender Relay only explodes when charged in other dimensions
• Validate lodestone compass to be in the correct dimension
• Add missing translation key for block
• Persist ender relay location on break

Fabric API and Minecraft 1.20.4 are required for this mod.
