Additions

  • Config: much of Enderscape can now be configured

  • Corrupt Depths, a new biome that generates underneath the outer End Islands

  • Barren Depths and Barren Skies now generate as default biomes underneath the End Islands and in the End Skies respectively

  • Small Islands now generate in the skies of The End very rarely, allowing as a rest point for Elytra flight and something nice overhead

  • Corrupt Mycelium and Corrupt Growth grow in the Corrupt Depths on the biome's ceilings

    • Corrupt Mycelium can be placed in any direction
    • Corrupt Mycelium can be paved into Corrupt Paths, which can also face any direction
    • Corrupt Mycelium can be fertilized with Bone Meal to spread onto nearby End Stone
    • Corrupt Growth can face any direction as long as it has appropriate ground to stand on
    • Corrupt Growth can be fertilized with Bone Meal to grow more of itself
    • Corrupt Growth can be planted in Flower Pots
  • Blinklights are long, double-helix shaped vines that becomes a large bulb at it's end

    • Occasionally, the large bulb and the smaller bulbs on the vine's body will blink
      • When the large bulb blinks, it will emit a strong Redstone signal
      • Fully grown Blinklight bulbs can manually blink by a Player
    • Blinklights emit subtle spores that will float around for a small time
    • Blinklights can be planted in Flower Pots
  • Blinklamps, a light source crafted from Blinklights and Shadow Quartz

    • Luminance will decrease depending on the strength of the Redstone signal received
      • As an example, you could plant a Blinklight underneath it and it would darken when the Blinklight blinks
  • Large Murushrooms, complete with a new Murushroom wood type

    • Fertilize murushrooms growing on ceilings or floors to grow them
    • Murushroom stems have dark colored bark with light blue colored wood
  • Lightspeed and Transdimensional, new enchantments for the Mirror

    • Lightspeed increases the distance you can travel by furthering the distance you need to go before your cost increases
    • Transdimensional lets you travel between dimensions instantly at the cost of a full bar of energy
      • When used with Lightspeed, the total cost can be reduced significantly
    • These enchantments can be found rarely in End Cities
  • Veradite, a new stone generating throughout the entirety of the outer End

    • Veradite can be used a stone crafting material, making it perfect for recipes like Furnaces
    • Veradite can be made into Polished Veradite, Veradite Bricks, Chiseled Veradite and Veradite Pillars
    • Rubblemites also uncommonly spawn with a Veradite shell
  • Celestial and Murushroom Bricks

    • Using Celestial Caps and Celestial Growth, you can create Celestial Bricks
    • Using Murushroom Caps and Corrupt Growth, you can create Celestial Bricks
    • Celestial and Murushroom Bricks can be crafted into Stairs, Slabs, and Walls
  • New Background Music

    • Finality, a peaceful track which plays in Celestial Plains and Celestial Islands
    • Mutagen, a mysterious track which plays in Corrupt Depths
    • Obduracy, a long, barren, but perseverant track which plays in default End biomes
  • New Advancements

    • "A Link Between Worlds", completed by teleporting to a different dimension with a Mirror with Transdimensional enchantment
    • "Not Quite Long Distance", completed by teleporting over 2000 meters with a Mirror within the same dimension
    • "The Highs and Lows", completed by bouncing on a Drifter while flying at high speeds
    • "Otherworldly Drip", completed by crafting a pair of Drift Leggings
  • Enderscape has a new skybox

    • Subtle nebulas and stars will cover The End's sky
    • Nebula colors change depending on the player's biome
  • Enderscape has new lighting for The End

    • Darker and with just a tinge more of green, exploring The End should be much moodier
    • No more eye-piercing brightness! The effectiveness of the "Brightness" option has been reduced in The End significantly
      • Enderscape Brightness at 100% will look similar to Vanilla Brightness at 0%
  • After teleporting with a Mirror, a pink overlay will appear on your screen for a few seconds

  • Celestial and Corrupt Growth can be crafted into Yellow and Purple Dye respectively

  • Dead Chorus Flowers emit pollen particles and will "hum" at random

  • Nebulite Blocks can now be powered with Redstone to create the same particles emitted by Nebulite Ore

  • New purple shader effect is now present when spectating Drifters and Driftlets

  • bliss and glare Music Discs are now rarer in End City chests

  • Bulb Flower's light level has been reduced to 6 from 8

  • Chance and time for Drifters to begin leaking jelly naturally has been changed

    • Minimum time has been increased from 5 minutes and 50 seconds to 8 minutes
    • Chance has been reduced from 0.03 per tick to 0.025 per tick
  • Drifters do not take damage when bounced on if using Feather Falling

  • End Stone can no longer be used as a stone crafting material

  • Murushroom Caps now drop themselves instead of Murushrooms

  • Tridents with Loyalty teleport back to you with a unique sound if thrown into the void

  • Nebulite Cauldrons emit light depending on how much Nebulite is in the Cauldron

  • Nebulite Ore sounds are now made via random server-side ticks, not client-side display ticks

    • The kind of sound being used (normal, far away, obstructed) will still depend on client player positioning
  • Nebulite balancing has been adjusted

    • Nebulite Ore only drops 1 Nebulite Shards item without Fortune
    • Nebulite can be crafted with only 4 Nebulite Shards, a reduction from 9 in previous versions
  • Nebulite particles have been updated

    • Particles spawned from Nebulite Ore will point towards the ore
    • Mirror makes Nebulite particles when teleporting
