Improved Safe-Teleport algorithm that prevents players that escape their Pocket Cell from teleporting into the void upon leaving and returning to the Pocket Dimension

If under the player's cell location, player will be teleported to center of his or her cell.

Fixed an issue where, if the player was standing in either the South-East or South-West corner of his Pocket Cell before leaving, he would be falsely activate the safe-teleport algorithm and be returned to the center of his cell upon his return.

- Fixed bug on servers in which a player could sometimes be moved to the center of their pocket cell on the client but remain in place on the server- forcing client to relog to continue
