But you might ask, why would you care about their privacy policy if already everyone taking our data nowadays?
Maybe because a random Minecraft mod doesn't have to know where you live and stuff. Here is their privacy policy (Updated as of 1.08.2025):

  • Your Account (as defined in the Privacy Policy) information, email address, and Minecraft UUID (as defined in the Privacy Policy);
  • Usage times and dates, time zone, language, screen resolution, and device settings;
  • Items you purchased, configurations made to these items, Minecraft version, Mod (as defined in the Privacy Policy) loader version, and concurrent Mods;
  • Your browser type, operating system, IP address, referring/exit pages, unique device identifiers, and push notification token;
  • Activity linked to your email or your Minecraft UUID;
  • Metadata from your user content (Account name, Minecraft UUID);
  • Supplementary information pertaining to you that we receive from third parties; and
  • Information provided by you during customer support interactions.
  • Geolocation information, such as the country, State, or territory where you are located when you access the Service (which information will be subsequently anonymized by Essential).
